Activities:
- Detailed methodology and draft design concepts of the web platform;
- Administrative data management web portal developed, with user management and login based data entry, security features, report generation and dual languages functionalities (English and Dhivehi);
- Administrative data management web portal developed, with user management and login based data entry, security features, report generation and dual languages functionalities (English and Dhivehi);
- Development of operating/user manual (finallized based on the feedback from Atoll Councils, NBS, LGA and UNFPA);
- Launch of web portal and training of focal points to independently manage the web portal in terms of management of indicator, management of data entry users and training (including integration of additional features);
- Provision of technical backstopping and support
