Activities:
- Development of a web-based interactive 3D calculator for a pilot area in the city of Gabrovo;
- Creation of a 3D building model and visualization of the urban environment in a web platform;
- Integration of data from cadastre, orthophoto maps, municipal sources, and OpenStreetMap;
- Development of functionality for selecting individual buildings and viewing key baseline information;
- Implementation of options for testing different energy efficiency and building renovation scenarios;
- Analysis of photovoltaic potential, energy consumption, costs, and CO₂ emission reductions;
- Development of an interactive interface for comparing the results of different scenarios;
- Preparation of a decision-support tool for municipal planning and policy-making;
- Provision of online access to the platform via web link.
